... I placed an order for queen size cotton mattress with them. They were very helpful and took the custom sized order. Mr Sethu whom I interacted with was very polite and proactive. He confirmed the order and sent the invoice immediately after payment. The mattress was made in a day and shipped the same night. They sent the tracking number and updated me. It was difficult to contact the courier company for tracking. I informed Mr Sethu and he took tracked and ensured that the mattress was delivered on time. The packing done by them was good with a plastic cover for the mattress and a wrapper above that. The wrapper was slightly damaged in transit but the mattress was protected. Kudos to their packing. As for the product, it was of good quality. The intensity of the cotton stuffing was firm and the outer bedsheet used was of very good quality. I thank them for providing a reliable original 100% cotton made mattress which is kind of rare to get here in Bangalore. Wishing them good luck and requesting them to keep up the quality same even with more orders :) Would definitely recommend for those who are looking for silk cotton mattress......
